I just checked the blog and notice that there haven't been many posts lately. Then I noticed that I hadn't posted anything in quite some time either so I can't complain. All is well here and I really have no news but I do want you all to know how much you are loved and appreciated. You are all doing such an awesome job raising your families and using your time to help others. I am so proud of each of you and so thankful that you are part of our family.
Have a fantastic week!
I Love You!

Hello All! Just thought I would write a few lines and let everyone know how things are going around here. The kiddos have been kind of taking their turns at being sick, arianna had strep then ky got an ear infection, and Jomei is pretty stuffed up, but everyone is getting healthier now! Kyrie had thinking day for girl scouts a couple weeks ago and Arianna got to go with her. They had a blast and really seemed to learn a lot about different countries around the world! Arianna will be 4 this Saturday, and I can't believe that she is that old already! Shes having a party at the borough gym Saturday afternoon, and she seems pretty excited about it. Jomei is doing great and just keeps growing and growing!! At his 2 month appointment yesterday he is already up to 12 lbs 12 oz, and 25 3/4 inches! He also has the lines starting in his bottom gums showing where his teeth are going to start cutting soon! He seems pretty determined to catch up to his sisters quick. Anyways, I hope everything is going well for everyone else too! I love you all!

I haven't really got much news but I thought I should write a few lines. Dad is doing well. His blood pressure is still a little high and he gets tired a little quicker that he used to but all and all he s pretty much back to where he was. We have had such a fantastic and blessed life together and I am extremely thankful to have him still here and doing well.
Dad is headed down to see Amber and family this coming week. He wasn't able to go with me when I went late last summer so he hasn't seen them in about a year and a half so it is definitely past due. We really try to see all of you as often as possible. Hopefully, when we retire we will be able to drive out and make the rounds once a year at least so we will have time to see everyone. I guess we will see how that works out when the time comes.
I Hope you all enjoy Valentine's Day and have a wonderful week.
I Love You All!

I know I have been horrible but such is life some times. So, as you all know, we went to Alaska for Christmas. It was absolutely wonderful. The kids had a ton of fun and often talk about everyone and everything we did. "Uncle Scott" gets top billing from Katelyn ( she looks for you everywhere). The kids loved going on the snow machines and going sledding. Katelyn loved that she got to get pulled up and down the hill and just enjoy the ride. Jonathan got more adventurous and was trying to go to the top of the hill but his mom was not brave enough for that. Ryan and I escaped to Hatcher's Pass for a night and it was great. If you want to do a kind of camping experience you should go up there for a night (no running water but decent place for a night or two). We were planning to go cross country skiing in the morning but ended up sleeping in untill 10:30 since we did not have our three little alarm clocks to wake us. Thanks mom and dad for the escape.
Since we got back we have been trying to get back in the swing of things. We spent a day down at the beach with Shannon and her family. The kids had a ton of time digging for hours and splashing in the waves even though we did not bring water clothes (I did not plan for it to actualy be that nice of a day).
Ryan is doing his last semester of school which is cause for rejoicing. Don't ask where we will be after that because we really do not know. Time shall tell. The kids are doing great and all is well here. I love you all and will post some pictures sometime soon hopefully.

Hello all!

Hello! Things are going great around here. Christmas went well and everyone had a good time. It was great to get to see Meg and her family, and it was fun to have the girls and everyone home for a couple weeks. It also has been wonderful to have Jomei finally here with us. The girls love to hold him and help with him, and he is a great little guy. He is growing good and is very content and happy most of the time. Sorry it has taken so long to get some pictures up, but here they are! I love you guys!

I keep waiting to get pictures uploaded to post, but never take the time, so I thought I would write a quick update! All is well, we had a wonderful Christmas, though we really missed everyone and I really miss having snow at Christmas, though I don't miss driving in it! The kids had a wonderful Christmas with the highlight being our new addition Holly, the chiweenie puppy. So far, she is a pretty good little girl, though her and Caleb about drive me crazy tormenting each other all day!
Everyone is doing well and very busy, I was called as the Relief Society President shortly before Christmas, so that had made our lives a little busy. We are very grateful for 1 o'clock church so I can help get everything ready before I head to meetings in the morning. Christian is excited to not be a sunbeam anymore and have younger kids in primary and we are excited that Caleb is only 5 weeks away from nursery! Aubrey is especially excited for her baptism this year.
There have been lots of other goings on around here, I will try to update with pictures soon, but now I am off to bed. Hope all is well with everyone and keep us updated- Cassie we need more pictures of that baby!

Well Christmas has come and gone and as usual it was crazy but wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed having Megs Family here to visit and wished that somehow we could have had everyone together. Thankfully, we at least got to talk to everyone and hear a little about everyone's
Christmas. Hopefully, you will all do posts soon. It was great seeing the pictures of Ayana and Asher. Thanks Amber. Of course, another highlight was the arrival of Jomei Anthony. He is a real sweetheart and we are thankful to have him in our family.
While the Burdick's were here they went our snowmobiling and about froze to death and on Christmas eve we all went out to see Santa's reindeer before they took off on their trip to pull Santas sleigh. The kids all enjoyed it but once again we about froze. Megan and Ryan snuck away for Ryan's Birthday so we had fun with their kids on Monday night. They went sledding on Tuesday and Wednesday and I think that might have been the most fun for them. It finally warmed up a little bit right before they left. Scott brought out fireworks on Wed so we had an early New Year's Eve fireworks show.
My goal for this year is to make something for each of the kids for their birthdays and just do one family thing (game, nativity etc.) at Christmas time so things aren't quite so crazy. I really appreciate each of you shopping for your family's gifts. It is such a blessing for me. If you know of something that I can make that your little ones especially want please let me know.
I hope you are all well.
